This is something I usually ask new clients to trys for a while (eating these and only these foods at the recommended meals, changing them only by telling me first as to not make mistakes, and if they are a vegetarian, it is alright to select low carb, low fat, high protein alternatives to replace meats). I also suggest the client reports back once they write up their first day's meal plan to avoid mistakes:
Breakfast - Eaten upon awakening - have 1 Perfect Vitamin capsule, 2 Internal Cleansing System capsules, natural cereal, nonfat milk and fresh fruit.
Brunch - 3 hours later or halfway between lunch and breakfast, have a snack including 1 Perfect Vitamin capsule, 1 Glandular Therapy capsule, nonfat cottage cheese and Lemmon's oil.
Lunch - 1 Perfect Vitamin capsule, 2 Glandular Therapy capsule, chicken, broccoli and a little butter (not margarine). Yes that is three feedings in a row with vitamins. The daily recommended amounts in the Perfect Vitamin are broken down so you get 1/6 of what you need each serving.
Mid Day - 3 hours later or halfway between lunch and dinner, have a snack that includes 1 Perfect Vitamin capsule, 2 Internal Cleansing System capsules, rice, beans and salsa, but no oil, butter, or margarine.
Dinner - Have 1 Perfect Vitamin capsule, 1 Glandular Therapy capsule, red meat or fish, a green salad and Lemmon's oil.
Mid Evening - Half way between bed and dinner, have 1 Perfect Vitamin capsule, 1 Glandular Therapy capsule, scrambled eggs and mushrooms. I suggest 2 or 3 whites for every 1 yolk by the way. We either feed the extra yolks to our pets or use them in salad dressings.
- Variety of food comes down the road, do this now and in a few days we can make change, but you can't change something you haven't even started yet!
- Drink at least 24 ounces of water AFTER each feeding without fail but not with the meal. Let your food digest a bit then finish your water little by little.
- You must eat as soon as you wake up each day, and since we know you do not exercise the second you rise, you haven't an excuse to delay the food. The second your eyes open, eat, and do not skip feedings during the day, pack your meals… Exercise later for best results.
- Make sure each meal contains an equal amount of calories, not less at one, more at another, eat the same calories every feeding and READ LABELS…
- This is not a high fat diet and it is not all protein, low carb, nor is counting overall carbs/fats/protein ratios and percentages important…
- Keep the protein intake higher than fat then do not worry about how much for now… I will pick out weak points for you as we go along.
- Inside the Member's Section of Best Shape Of Your Life are a good dozen menus to start off with besides this one. In time, we will add more and more and there will probably end up being more than you'll use!
