While reading Don Lemmon's books, take notes, mark up pages, and commit all things to memory. This lifestyle will not fail as long as you follow it to the letter; the only thing that will fail it is you, yourself. The typical BSOYL member goes through several stages before enlightenment:
1. Total disbelief that they can see all the results they desire from only 18 minutes of exercise.
2. Inquisitive and sometimes angry questioning and ridicule due to an attack on their beliefs.
3. Reading the BSOYL content, KNOW HOW Books and reluctantly understanding it all being different.
4. Taking a leap of faith and giving it a chance for 30 days without further question.
5. Being more than impressed, shall we say, "Sold," by the results and hooked on their new lifestyle.
6. They become complete enthusiasts and try to persuade both friends and family alike to join.
7. Could care less about being ignored and ridiculed by those who think eating more food is healthy.
8. After six months of dedication, your peers are sold too, but not by your words; by you new physique, attitude and personality.
9. Everyone wants to know the secret and you repeat: "I workout 18 minutes, twice every 5 days and I simply eat certain foods at separate meals from others."
10. People begin where you started off, reluctantly joining this site for a 30 day trial period. And everything you accomplished was in the form of a 28 page download.
