This program is based upon what works with, as opposed to against, the human body's natural mechanisms. After working with thousands of folks ranging from the dis-eased, obese and anorexic to clients with close to 300 pounds of lean muscular body mass, I am certain I have found what REALLY WORKS. Not only that, but I know how to keep it working. Without the same hands on experience such as I have put into this, without the same passion I have put into this product, ANY-BODY ELSE'S theory, while possibly an educated guess, is still only A GUESS.

That is why many of my competitors have failed you. No passion. Not as much experience as you'd think. Most of them are nothing more than mouthpieces and spokespeople. I have worked with and spoke with most of the leaders in the bodybuilding and fitness industry. I have literally gathered information from all around the globe and it has always come down to being the same old story. Most people achieve their goals by accident. Hard work and perseverance are taken into consideration, but if you ask people what works, they are still looking for it. It's amazing.

This article was written to address the readers who feel they know something I do not. I never claimed to know everything there is to know but what I do know has left quite a few people more than envious. So this goes out to those of you wanting to say I am wrong in one way or another even though you're not sure why. Hey, I made sure all the facts are right here for you to review. I could go on for hours giving you more to go on and yet no matter how much sense I make, there are always going to be those of you saying they already ‘know' or believe something else other than I do.

I am not sure how that makes me incorrect. Well, do your own research. Examine a few basic medical texts. Tell me another time who is right on the money. Or at least send me a copy of your own book while you're at it. Besides, if ‘everybody knows' this or that, why are so many people still out of shape while following ‘this' or ‘that' then? On this program, I have seen muscle weight increase from 180 to 240 pounds. I have seen others go from 150 to 210 pounds. I have seen the diabetic decrease their insulin dosages. I have seen the hypoglycemic lead a normal life.

I have seen the elderly tone up. I have seen chubby kids become fit young men and women. All it took was changing their eating habits. What you have learned getting this far through the book should explain why what you have been doing up until now may or may not “work” after all. You should also now have a pretty sound idea why some of what you are doing will NEVER work. But then again, I too realize there remains a small percentage of you reading this book simply out of curiosity whom continue to feel that unless you follow a lower fat diet, the Zone diet, the Atkins diet, food combining, 40-30-30 nutrition, the Protein Power plan or a vegetarian routine, you can't succeed. I must have failed in saving you.

Most diet plans have just enough truth to them and contain enough commonly known facts to make them appear credible or at least difficult to totally discredit. That's what sucks you in only to fail again. And just in case you believe that you need to study your blood type at a school of higher learning to assure results, I suggest having your blood tested immediately. Certainly. And keep the results. Do this so you can see for yourself and show everyone you know how much nonsense you used to believe. Have the plasma, erthrocytes, leucocytes and platelets all examined.

That's all four major constituents of your blood. Just ask for a “CBC” test. Go back and have it all done again in 6 weeks too. See if it mattered one bit what your blood type was when you started after all. You owe yourself that much. Remember, you can actually follow any of the competitive diet plans using the food separation advice I have given you in the 12 Food Groups. Try me for 6 weeks. You might finally get somewhere. I hope you were able to grasp at least that much already. And no, I haven't forgotten about those of you who are Body for Life cultists nor the high fat dieters in our congregation today (I am joking about the religious over tone)…

I haven't forgotten any of you. I certainly haven't forgotten the fitness pros and doctors you revere either. Just understand, only a fourth of medical schools OFFER nutrition to their students and only 1 in 4 of those actually TAKE the course. We're not talking about requiring the credit hours to get into medical school or offering it as a secondary degree here. We are talking about these people that you put your faith into only having at the most 12 credit hours, and sometimes LESS in nutritional education. And you are learning more today than most fitness professionals have in all the years they have worked in or around the industry. I am not condemning the medical or fitness fields but I do insist you take control of things on your own for a change.

Your health practitioner may like to remind you that they know best because they are physicians or your trainer might think they know best too but that's often only to bully you from asking questions. If being in the medical profession was all it took to be so smart, why aren't ALL doctors in agreement? Because they are in different branches of their field? Ok, why then do so many doctors in the same fields of medicine disagree? Because they all know so very little about nutrition.

They weren't taught it in school and they do not practice it at home. Titles mean nothing. It's TOO EASY for them to simply brush off someone telling the truth when it saves their butts for having misguided you all the while anyhow. Even worse, dieticians and nutritionists these days are being pumped out [‘of']schools like robots or puppets on assembly lines too. They are taught their ABC's about certain areas of their field then set free to dispense their newfound knowledge upon the world. Sadly enough, it's painstakingly obvious so few of these people conduct actual research outside of what is required of them to graduate.
