If eating real food prepared as simple or as spiced up as you like and using no commercial powders or fat burning stimulants sounds good to you, let's think about how you may end up looking over the next 30 Days (beginning with your first day on the program of course).

Day one consists of getting your meal plans in order, all 6 of them. Do I really expect all people to have time for 6 feedings a day and still sleep 6 to 8 hours on top of it plus exercise? You bet! Let's see, here is the schedule of one client who happened to email earlier this week:

He wakes at 5 a.m. Without hesitation, this guy exercises until just 5:30 a.m. then eats. Next, he showers, dresses, grabs his packed meals and snacks from the fridge and drives to work. At 7:30 a.m. on the way, he snacks.

Work continues until his first break at 10:30 a.m. when eats again. Lunch comes around 12:30 p.m. and if unable to go to the cafeteria, that is all right, he has a Complete Protein Powder drink mixed with Lemmon's Oil instead.

Mid day break is at 2:30 p.m. and yes, he eats. At 4:30 p.m. on the way home, our man eats a lite snack so dinner at home isn't ruined. 6:00 p.m. on the dot is dinner.

8:00 p.m. is paperwork and a snack. And finally, 9:00 p.m. is time for bed. Did we fail to mention this particular client is a surgeon? If anyone is trapped for time, it is a surgeon...

Another customer of ours is a foreman at an assembly factory and he has been eating when he wakes, during his first work break, lunch, mid-day break, after work, and then dinner at home and a snack mid-evening too...

That's seven feedings by the way.... And the surgeon fits in EIGHT. You are required six, and no excuses. This is what works (as explained in Book One, the proper combination of foods, or separation of specific food groups, is also key). Even students have time if they take snacks to wolf down between classes.
