You simply take notes everyday and include any questions you have regarding supplements, exercise, meal planning, or anything else that troubles or concerns you. This helps you create your meals and workouts, allowing you to address your individual wants and needs, and make any appropriate changes. All we ask is that you record what you eat and how you train then show it to us until you can trust yourself. However, the more you learn, the less you will need our help to be self-sufficient.
Everything about this plan is based on proven principles that have been formulated to stimulate muscle growth, increase strength and the burning of body fat. In no time at all, you will become your own trainer and achieve goals through your own dedicated practice, following positive based patterns you learn to set by yourself. The best part is, if you ever need assistance, we coach you every step of the way.
